The International Export manager is responsible for achieving sales goals in the international market for Lioli products, building strategic business relationships, generating leads from existing and new customers, and ensuring the teams are executing on per demands and quality to the customer.

Requirements

• Build an annual export plan P&L accountability for international sales.

• Generate new leads.

• Develop current customers.

• Build and maintain business relationships with key customers.

• Deepen business activity with current customers.

• Coordinate the team to make sure supply meat design, tine and quality.

• Manage additional export specialist/s.

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA a plus but not a requirement.

• Experience in the porcelain industry, Big size Slabs and Premium product - A must.

• Excellent negotiations skills.

• Great rapport and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Additional languages are a plus.

• High level on initiatives.
